Balearic is a nomadic private members’ club (Balearic LDN). It’s also an events and entertainment agency (Bohemia), an Independent record label (Balearic Records), and a bespoke consultancy (Balearic Consultancy) wrapped into one. People and experiences at the heart of everything they do.
They have curated members’ supper clubs and wellness breakfasts with their own private Balearic chef. They run iconic house parties in some of London’s most spectacular locations, private events for the discerning few, to community led cab sessions with world renowned DJs performing live from the roof of their taxi. Steeped in 125 years of history, KOKO’s membership community comes together to enjoy complimentary access to live shows in the Theatre and the House. It comes alongside a rich cultural calendar of events and late night dining.
There are three restaurants, two outdoor terraces and eight cocktail bars. As well as secret vinyl rooms, a hidden speakeasy, spaces for daytime working and a stunning penthouse with a high spec recording studio for podcasts and music.
As the home of an incredibly creative community, they encourage you to express your individual style. There are of course, a few caveats, which also apply to private events.
Be sure to avoid:
Corporate attire (work suits, collared shirts and ties).
Untidy or unkempt casual clothing (such as scruffy trainers, ripped jeans).
Gym or athletic sportswear (excluding sports luxe/luxury streetwear) after 6pm.
Beach attire (including flip flops).
Partial nudity.

The Houses have spaces for drinking, dining, relaxing, working and exercising. There are also screening rooms showing a selection of new and classic films, and rooftops – both with pools and without – which are loved by members. If that’s not enough, there is also their art collection which consists of more than 8,000 curated works, playing a prominent role in the design of every House.
