After the company expanded onto the third floor of their building, situated in Jermyn Street next to Fortnum and Mason, the 60s feel, low-ceiling office was in need of decoration. Manish at GP Bullhound was keen to have a member’s club style without being over-the-top. He wanted comfort with sophisticated, long-lasting furniture.

Carly chose paint and vinyl wallpaper along the hallway, as this would withstand knocks and bumps. She selected hand-made oak shelving with warm-yet-plain blinds, and later added candles and diffusers by Tom Dixon to give the entrance a pleasant feel.

Carly kept the existing reception desk and created interest through textured blinds and reception furniture from Knoll, and rugs from The Rug Company.

She revamped the meeting rooms with various tables and comfortable, velvet, armless chairs with stainless steel legs. One room took a classic circular meeting table by Warren Platner. A long cellular meeting room was given a rectangular marble Florence Knoll meeting table with strong chrome legs. The marble added detail and is more interesting than the usual wooden table. In the boardroom, we installed a grey oak Plateau table made in Italy by Knoll. The central wooden channel opened to a basket to house tech cables and IT attachments. This hides microphones and laptop docking stations. Accessories like vases and marble trays came from Liberty and Tom Dixon. Along with the plants and accessories (shown in the video below), everything came together to become a warm, welcoming, smart office.

The guys at GP Bullhound were pleased to show off the interior, which represented the ethos of the company: quality and long-lasting, functional and smart. You can see the finished office in this video by Bloomberg. Here’s what GP Bullhound had to say…

“NW3 Interiors has a brilliant balance of creativity and hands-on practicality. Their philosophy is simplicity coupled with an ability to find opportunities within the given space and existing designs. They were able to provide great advice on both retail and bespoke furniture, and a deft blend of old and new. Carly’s interior design aesthetic portrays transatlantic and European styles, tastes and lifestyles. Her work is current, on-trend and international; however, she is able to remain subjective and recreate to your needs. I highly recommend her services.”
