Working Safely With NW3 InteriorsOur guidelines to keep you safe
Please read and review our COVID statement, which ensures that everyone stays safe while receiving the usual high NW3 Interiors level of service.
1. Consultation at your home:
We will be equipped with hand sanitiser and will wash our hands upon entry into the home. We will try and remain at a safe 1- 2m distance where possible. Mask is worn upon request.
2. Showroom Visit:
Sanitiser and masks are available and we ask that you wash your hands upon arrival. We will not be offering drinks at this current time. We will remain at a safe 1-2m distance where possible. If you feel we are too close or would like to keep a 2m distance throughout, please feel free to ask. We will schedule your time slot in advance to make sure we are prepared and have time to clean any surfaces for another client. You will be asked to give your full name and contact details, including details of any persons accompanying you to the meeting so we can contact you if necessary.
3. After the visits:
Once we have visited we will know what the next steps are for your project. We will be able to communicate via WhatsApp, email and zoom calls.
We will happily oblige to any requests and answer any questions should you be concerned about the safety of our visits. Yours, our employees and family health are of the utmost priority. We will try our best to accommodate your suggestions. For safety, we ask that should you start to feel unwell, have any of the listed Covid-19 symptoms, or learn you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive, that you please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
