The Affordable Art Fair Battersea closed on Sunday and on exhibit was some of the best in Contemporary Art on offer for under £5000. Found some brilliant established and emerging Artists to share here with you all.

AAF Julius Nord is one of Sweden's most promising new artists. See 'Until Further Notice' at the fair with Galleri Final. Acrylic on canvas. 98 x 131cm. £2,200.

The first work is from the Swedish Artist Julius Nord titled “Until Further Notice” and sold by Galleri Final for £2200. The saturated hues in colour-blocked form, the clever use of acrylics like watercolours and the white space as an inference to an unfinished piece are all a masterful effort by an emerging Artist.

AAF Nick Bodimeade's oil paintings, including 'B101'. 76 x 82cm. £1,980 from St. Anne's Galleries.

The next work is by Nick Bodimeade from his B-Roads series titled “B101” exhibited by Sarah O’Kane Fine Art and priced at £1980. Hyper-pigmented oil paints, dynamic brush strokes that evoke both movement and emotion, and abstracted landscapes that are transportive make his artwork irresistible.

AAF Florent Touchot's bold, bright collage 'Soleil counchant sur Le Louvre' at the fair with Envie d'Art. 73 x 100cm. £2,200.

The last work is bold collage titled “Soleil counchant sur Le Lourve” from French Artist Florent Touchot presented by Envie d”Art. The graphic linear shapes in black, fluid primary colours moves the eye horizontally whilst the heavy upper texture creates an interesting tension.
